Call PopOut is free to download directly from Google Play. By default, the chat head will be enabled on every app, but you can also set it to only work in certain apps, and you can do that directly from the app's main menu. There are also options to change the size, position, and answer behavior of the chat head. Other than that, there is not much to Call PopOut—it just does what it's supposed to.If you ever want to go back to your default dialer, either disable the app completely or disable the keep popout on pickup option.
